At Kakineha Coffee Beverages, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every order. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the circumstances under which returns and refunds may be processed.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order by contacting us via phone call before your order has been prepared. Cancellations received after preparation has begun cannot be accepted.

To cancel an order, please call us at +256 701 590 205 / +256 774 690 205 immediately after placing your order.

2. Refund Processing

If your cancellation is accepted, we will process your refund within 21 days of the cancellation date. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before preparation begins.

3. Wrong or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that we deliver a wrong or incorrect order, you have the right to:

  • Reject the delivery of the wrong item
  • Receive a full refund for the missing or incorrect item
  • Request a replacement order for the correct item

Please contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and may offer:

  • A full refund for the damaged item
  • A replacement order at no additional cost
  • A partial refund if only part of the order is affected

5. Quality Issues

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We take quality complaints seriously and will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Delivery charges (unless order is cancelled before preparation)
  • Orders that have been consumed or partially consumed
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Orders cancelled after preparation has begun
